WELCOME TO THE HEALTH FITNESS & WELLBEING SHOW

The 3rd annual Health Fitness & Wellbeing show is Wales’ unique healthy lifestyle exhibition showcasing health, fitness, beauty and healthy food related exhibits. This year the show has moved and will be staged at the Selwyn Samuel Centre in Llanelli West Wales, a purpose built indoor centre for exhibitions located just 7 miles from junction 48 off the M4.

The show gives you a perfect opportunity to browse, listen, learn, shop, participate, taste and be inspired! Focusing on a range of different themes it provides something for the whole family. Now in its third year the show expects to attract over 2000 visitors in 2007.

Show times: Sat 10am - 5pm / Sun 10am - 4pm

Entry fee: Adults £3.50, Conc £2.50, Under 12 free
